1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any domain or subdomain under navitag.com or navitag.net ("Service"), provided by Navitag Technology Systems ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You may register using your email or through third-party Single Sign-On (SSO) services such as Google, Facebook, or Apple.

• Accuracy: You agree that the information you provide upon registration (including Name, Email, and Phone Number) is accurate and complete.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

4. User Content

However, by posting User Content, you grant Navitag Technology Systems a license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content strictly in connection with operating and improving the Service.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Navitag Technology Systems and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the Philippines and foreign countries.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as OAuth providers) that are not owned or controlled by Navitag Technology Systems. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NAVITAG TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; OR (II) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
